I can’t recommend RJS Sports Massage highly enough. Every time I go, he manages to work out the knots perfectly you do feel a bit sore afterwards, but that’s exactly how you know he’s really done the job properly. His knowledge and expertise are outstanding, and you can tell he works with high profile clients because his professionalism and skill are next level.
I’ve tried several different therapists in the past, and honestly, none of them come close. He’s always been brilliant, switched on, knows exactly what needs doing to get you feeling right again. If you’re looking for someone who really knows their stuff and delivers results every single time, RJS Sports Massage is hands down the best choice.

I can’t recommend Rich highly enough! After struggling with persistent plantar fasciitis for months and trying home therapy I decided to book in with Rich. From the very first session, it was clear that he is both highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, explain the treatment plan in detail, and tailored each session to my specific needs.
Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I am now completely pain-free and back to my normal activities. The difference is truly amazing. If you’re dealing with any sports-related injury or chronic pain, don’t hesitate to book a session—you’ll be in the best hands possible.

Amazing results with the Team at RJS Sports Therapy!! They're so caring and kind and supportive with asking me to send them updates, Via WhatsApp after my treatments to make sure i'm on track and doing well in my recovery which goes to show the level of commitment and caring they have got!! i had a really bad accident at work with my hands and i had to have a lot of time off, With all the treatments i've had before RJS i spent upwards of £400+ on treatment , within ''3 sessions'' at RJs i have seen massive improvements. I am now able to work!!! Far less pain, far more mobility, way more strength, and more than anything my mental health is now far better!!!! Can't thank the Team at RJS therapy enough for the amazing work they have done to me!
They're the best!
