RJS Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation

Welcome to RJS Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  1. Appointments & Bookings
  • All appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by phone, or in person.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session will need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients, but the full session fee will still apply.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client’s conduct is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
  1. Payment & Fees
  • All treatment fees are payable at the time or prior to your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept card payment, bank transfer.
  • Prices for treatments are subject to change without prior notice; however, fees will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To be fair to all clients and manage our schedule effectively:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment – no charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or non-attendance – the full session fee will be charged.
  • Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

  1. Health & Medical Information
  • It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant health information, including medical conditions, injuries, medications, or recent surgeries, prior to treatment.
  • Failure to provide accurate information may result in inappropriate treatment and could impact your safety.
  • We may ask for updates to your health information periodically to ensure continued suitability of treatment.
  1. Confidentiality & Data Protection
  • All personal information shared with us is treated in the strictest confidence and stored securely in accordance with data protection laws (UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018).
  • We will never share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
  1. Liability
  • Treatments provided by RJS Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation are designed to support your health and wellbeing but are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
  • You participate in therapy sessions at your own risk. While every care is taken, RJS Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or following treatment, except where caused by negligence.
  1. Conduct & Behaviour
  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients at all times.
  • Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and possible refusal of future bookings.
  1. Changes to Terms

RJS Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
